SynoxTools is a collection of online image tools: compression, resizing, conversion, cropping, watermarks, and other utilities. Everything runs right in your browser — no installs, no registration, no queues.

The service is completely free. No ads, no subscriptions, no trial periods, and no hidden fees.

By using SynoxTools, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

All images are processed exclusively on your device. Your phone, laptop, or computer does all the processing itself.

Files are never sent to SynoxTools servers, never copied, never stored, and never shared with third parties. We don't see the contents of your images, we don't receive them, and we don't collect information about them.

After you close the tab, the browser usually releases the memory it used. SynoxTools doesn't store images and doesn't send them to a server.

As far as we're concerned, your files simply don't exist — we never receive or store them.

You don't need to create an account to use SynoxTools. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information.

No accounts, no passwords, no login history, and no user profiles.

We don't use advertising cookies, third-party cookies, or tracking scripts.

To make the service more convenient, your browser may save a few of your settings in localStorage: your chosen theme; your selected language; your interface preferences.

This data stays only on your device. We don't have remote access to it and can't view it.

You can delete it at any time through your browser settings.

We treat all users equally, regardless of their country of residence.

You can: find out what data we process; ask any question about privacy; delete your saved browser settings yourself; stop using the service at any time.

Since SynoxTools doesn't store your images and processes virtually no personal data on its servers, in most cases there's simply nothing for us to delete.

If you believe we've violated your rights, write to us first. We'll do our best to look into it and resolve the matter. If that's not enough, you can contact your country's data protection authority (for example, AEPD, CNIL, BfDI, DPC, or a similar body).

For privacy questions, write to hello@synoxtools.com. We try to respond as quickly as possible and usually reply within 30 days.

We don't use web analytics services, ad networks, or user behavior tracking tools.

The only exception is Google Search Console. It shows anonymized information about which search queries users use to find SynoxTools in Google and which pages appear most often in search.

We don't see the contents of your files, we don't receive your on-site activity history, and we don't use Search Console to track individual users.

We don't share your images with third parties. It's simply impossible, because your files never leave your device.

We also don't sell users' personal data and don't provide it to advertising companies.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically keeps technical logs. They may contain the IP address, date and time of the request, browser information, and other technical details needed to run the site.

Logs are used only for security, attack prevention, and diagnosing technical issues. This is our legitimate interest under the GDPR.

We don't use these logs to track users. Logs are usually kept for no more than 30 days, after which they're automatically deleted.

SynoxTools isn't specifically designed for children under 13. We deliberately don't collect children's personal data and don't verify users' ages, since there's no registration.

If you believe a child has used SynoxTools and you have questions about data, write to us. We'll do our best to help.

SynoxTools provides only technical tools for processing images. We don't control uploaded files, don't verify rights to them, and don't store them on our servers.

By using the service, you confirm that you have the right to use and process the images you upload.

Since images aren't uploaded to our servers, we technically can't delete or block a specific file.

We do our best to keep SynoxTools fast, convenient, and reliable. However, the service's performance depends on your device, browser, and internet connection.

That's why we recommend always checking the result before important use.

We aren't responsible for: data loss caused by a browser or device crash; errors caused by browser quirks; your use of the processed files; the consequences of using the results.

Always keep originals of important images stored separately.

Sometimes issues arise not because of SynoxTools, but because of your device or browser. If the service isn't working properly, try: reloading the page; opening the site in another browser; checking your internet connection; enabling JavaScript; closing extra tabs if memory is low; temporarily disabling browser extensions if they interfere with the site.

In many cases, that's enough.

SynoxTools runs over a secure HTTPS connection. But the main protection isn't only about that.

Your images aren't sent to our servers. This means we can't view them, store them, share them with third parties, or lose them in a data leak on our side.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with a version number and update date.

If changes are significant, they'll be reflected in a new version of the document.

By continuing to use SynoxTools after a new version of the Policy is published, you agree to its updated version.
