Terms of Service

These are the rules for using SynoxTools. We wrote them in plain language — no long legal texts that nobody reads. If anything's unclear, write to us — we'll explain.

By using SynoxTools, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

SynoxTools is a set of online image tools: compression, resizing, conversion, cropping, watermarks, and other utilities.

Everything runs right in your browser — no installs, no registration, no waiting.

The service is completely free. No ads, no subscriptions, no trial periods, and no hidden fees. All features are available right away.

To use it, you need a modern browser with JavaScript support. We recommend the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

All images are processed only on your device. Your phone, laptop, or computer does all the processing itself.

SynoxTools can't see the contents of your files, doesn't receive them, doesn't store copies, and doesn't share images with third parties.

After you close the tab, the browser usually releases the memory it used. SynoxTools doesn't store images and doesn't send them to a server.

All rights to the uploaded images remain with you.

We don't use your files, don't publish them, and don't claim any rights to them.

You confirm that you have the right to use and process the images you upload.

We don't verify rights to files, since we technically have no access to them.

You can: process your images for personal or commercial purposes; use the results anywhere; tell friends and colleagues about SynoxTools; send us suggestions and bug reports.

You can't: use the service to break the law; overload the service with bots or automatic scripts; try to gain unauthorized access to the service; inject malicious code; copy SynoxTools's design or source code without permission.

Processing happens in real time right in your browser. This ensures high speed and privacy.

Closing the tab during processing will stop the process.

When working with large images (e.g., 4K and above), make sure your device has enough free RAM.

We do our best to keep SynoxTools fast and stable. However, occasional technical issues are possible — for example, due to hosting provider problems, browser quirks, or internet connection outages.

If you find a bug or something isn't working right, write to us at hello@synoxtools.com. We read every message and try to fix issues as quickly as possible.

We don't use visit analytics, ad networks, or tracking services.

The only exception is Google Search Console. It helps us understand which queries users use to find SynoxTools in Google search. It's not a tool for tracking users on the site.

We may update these Terms when the service's operation or legal requirements change.

The current version is always published on this page with a version number and update date.

If it's important for you to know which version was in effect at a specific time, save it yourself (for example, as a PDF, screenshot, or copy of the text).

If you're not satisfied with the Terms after an update, you can stop using SynoxTools.

We do everything possible to keep SynoxTools fast, stable, and correct. But, like any other website, the service may occasionally be unavailable or work with errors.

Before using the results for important tasks, we recommend checking the processed files yourself.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for damages or other consequences arising from the use of SynoxTools, unless they're caused by our intentional violation of the law or gross negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the SynoxTools operator is located.

If a dispute arises, it will be heard by the courts of that country, unless the laws of your country provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms turns out to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These Terms fully govern the use of SynoxTools.

If we once didn't require compliance with a provision or didn't react to its violation, that doesn't constitute a waiver of our right to require compliance in the future.
